How progress is checked

An evaluation framework built on field evidence

WorldCeylon checks progress through direct field observation, documented activity records, and qualitative feedback from the communities involved. Each review asks what was done, how it was carried out, and what remains unresolved.

Operational accountability is assessed alongside results, so gaps in delivery are recorded rather than set aside.

Our reporting commitment

We report what we can verify, and we say what we cannot yet.

Figures are published only where they can be traced to records. Challenges and setbacks appear in every report, next to the milestones they affect.

Open to scrutiny

Standards for public review

Reporting is designed to be checked by people outside the organization.

Publication access

Reports are made available to the public, with methods stated so readers can judge how conclusions were reached.

Field reviews

Independent reviewers and peer evaluators are invited to examine project records and visit activities where access is possible.

Ongoing audits

Institutional audits run on a recurring schedule, and their findings are shared with oversight bodies and donors alike.
